Portable Positive Air Pressure

Softwall Cleanroom Modules are positive air pressure, single air pass, portable modular structures in many shapes and sizes. The modules are supported by metal frameworks or lightweight walls, from the floor, or suspended from the building roof above. Air passes vertically down through the cleanroom and exits through a space at the bottom perimeter of the curtain walls. Wall panels can be "Softwall" PVC plastic panels, plastic strips or lightweight "solid" acrylic or polycarbonate clear-view panels. Air conditioning can be ducted from the building HVAC System or by new supplementary air conditioning (AC) units.

A) Self- Supporting - Floor mounted
This style of Softwall cleanroom rests on and is supported from the customer's building floor with vertical, corner and side posts. The "Softwall" consist of clear plastic side curtains, vertical strip curtains or clear acrylic or polycarbonate view panels.

B) Ceiling Suspended

This style has a similar design to the self supporting Softwall, but the softwall ceiling framework is suspended from the customer’s building above. There are no vertical posts.

C) Softwall Modules with Supplementary Air Conditioning.

Softwall cleanroom modules may require additional air conditioning to be ducted from the customer’s building HVAC system or separate supplementary air conditioning can be provided.
