Cleanroom Equipment & Accessories

Clean Air Technology manufactures, supplies and installs various products for cleanrooms to help facilitate production or for replacement items such as HEPA filters, pre-filters etc. The following is a list of standard and custom-made items.

Automatic Vertical Lift Windows / Access Panels
Custom built automatic, vertical lift windows and panels for "pass-thu" cabinet and conveyor applications are manufactured to order and installed.

Blower Cabinets, Air Handlers-AHU’s --WHISPERQUIET™

Whisper Quiet™ brand re-circulating fan blower cabinets and complete air handlers with cooling and heating coils and other options are custom built for the job. Interior and exterior grade cabinets are standard items. All Whisper Quiet™ Air
Handlers are designed for heavy duty, 24/7, continuous run.

Environmental Control System.

Clean Air Technology manufactures a pre-wired, digital, solid state, electronic microprocessor based control system that automatically controls and monitors the temperature, humidity, and air pressure. The parameters are adjustable from the cleanroom control panel. This is a "stand-alone" controller that will proportionally control cooling, heat or reheat, dehumidification and positive or negative air pressure. These control panels will contain the following:

Proportional temperature controller and digital temperature indicator.
Proportional humidity controller and digital relative humidity (% RH) indicator.
Proportional control of air pressures for the various rooms.
Seven (7) day temperature/humidity chart recorder with paper chart record.
Pressure gages indicating air pressures in the various cleanrooms.
Pressure gages indicating the pressure drop across select HEPA filters and pre-filters.

This control system can be order with the new cleanrooms or as a modification or upgrade to an existing cleanroom. For existing cleanrooms, and on-site field survey will have to be made on a consultant basis.

Automatic Sliding Doors
Automatic doors in various configurations are built into cleanroom design per customer request or supplied as separate retrofit items.

Humidity-Temperature Gage
Wall mounted Humidity-Temperature gages for quick reference of these parameters inside the cleanroom. 5" diameter gage is calibrated from the factory, with traceability to the U.S. National Bureau of Standards (NBS). Other styles and single purpose gages are available.

" Pass-Thru" Cabinets

"Pass-Thru" cabinets provide cleanroom access for moving parts etc., in and out of cleanrooms or between rooms. "Pass-Thru" cabinets are double door "Airlocks" built in numerous custom sizes and installed through a wall. Manual and automatic interlocks are optional.

Room Divider Curtains - PVC
PVC vinyl, fire retardant cleanroom curtains are used to divide process and production areas in cleanrooms. These curtains can be supplied with the cleanroom or separate to order for specific requirements.
